fantastic stay!

I found the staff consistently helpful. Nothing seemed too difficult for them. i liked the decor throughout the entire building. It gave the hotel a distinct charm. the allocated room was not only super clean but also had a very fresh feel. the location was also quite advantageous, and close parking was a benefit.
The bathroom could benefit from a more thorough check to prevent minor annoyances such as leaks. It was not a significant issue, but i believe it merits attention.

the staff were friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble i really appreciated that the location was great too parking was close by so that was easy the rooms were clean and fresh i found them quite comfortable. the hotel has a lot of personality i loved the decor it felt very cute and unique the atmosphere was lovely too i felt right at home i really enjoyed my stay. i thought the room decor was fine the entrance hall was gorgeous with a roaring fire in the woodburner this gave it a very homely feel
the bathroom was a let down the waste pipe from the sink leaked every time i used the water i had to use the shower to wash my hands i reported it but i'm not sure if anyone looked at it as it was still leaking when i left. there was also no hand soap in the bathroom i thought that was a basic essential. it was not very good.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. the location worked well. It was close to south pier which was handy. i liked the spacious family room. It suited our needs perfectly.
The bathroom needed attention. I noticed a small leak from the sink's waste pipe whenever the tap was used.

The location is awesome for pier access. It's a short walk and made exploring easy. everything felt very convenient, allowing more time to enjoy the attractions. the proximity to amenities was great.

Staff were polite so I respected them.
The bathroom disappointed me, the waste pipe from the sink leaked a lot when anyone ran water. We had to use the shower to wash. there was no soap in there.

The location was okay. It ticked a box.
The bathroom let me down. the waste pipe from the sink leaked every time you ran water, so we had to use the shower to wash hands. there was no hand soap. i reported it the afternoon i arrived, but it still leaked when i left. I reported it again.

I really enjoyed the simple check in process. the tea and coffee facility was nice to have. i also appreciated the plate they provided. It was for putting hair straighteners on. i would stay at this hotel again.

I found the room to be quite lovely with lots of extra little touches. the bed was comfortable, and the location worked great. the room felt clean. I liked all of that (it made a difference).
i did notice a minor issue in the bathroom, specifically the waste pipe from the sink leaked. it happened every time i ran the water, it meant i had to use the shower to wash my hands, it was like an oversight.

i observed that the dining area had a self-service coffee machine, available 24/7, and it also offers a selection of teas. pastries and fruit were displayed near the entrance, with a constant supply of fresh items.

my room included a king-size bed with plush bedding and four pillows. the room featured a tv with cable channels and on-demand movies. blackout curtains were installed, which helped ensure a dark room during the night.

i noticed the hotel is near several restaurants and cafes, all within a five-minute walk. a bus stop is right outside the hotel (convenient for getting around). there is a convenience store across the street.
